Birthing Suites
Here you'll find the amenities included in your birthing suite rental. Your reservation is for one birthing suite of your choice (on a first-come, first-serve basis), and use of our kitchen, waiting area and public restrooms for your guests. More information on rental can be found on our FAQ page.
Zen Birthing Suite
Thoughtfully designed to create a calming, restorative environment, our Zen Birthing Suite offers a peaceful retreat for families as they journey through labor and birth. With gently ambient lighting, twinkle lights, candles, a large forest mural and simple comforts like soft music from our Alexa Echo (Amazon music included) or Bluetooth speakers, the suite provides a welcoming space to relax, find your rhythm and focus on your birth experience.
This suite features a deep, two-person soaking tub with a handheld shower for relaxation and comfort during labor, a towel warmer for toasty towels, personal fan, a crock pot for warm perineal compresses, birthing balls in 3 sizes (55cm, 65cm, and 75cmI), a peanut ball, a birthing stool, a deep squatting stool, a labor sling and a squatting bar to support movement, positioning and comfort during labor.
Soft linens, fluffy bath towels and a spacious queen-sized bed create a cozy atmosphere while a sofa-bed offers the birth partner a place to rest and recharge. A soothing salt lamp with heated Himalayan salt massage stones and an essential oil diffuser provide additional touches of relaxation and warmth.
The suite also includes a private bathroom with a bidet to allow for comfort and privacy during your stay.

Seaside Birthing Suite
Our Seaside Birthing Suite is a warm, light-filled sanctuary that is carefully crafted to support your birth journey. With warm lighting, twinkle lights and a peaceful atmosphere, this suite offers a cozy, nurturing environment where you can feel safe, supported and free to birth in a way that feels right for you.
Every detail has been curated to create a comfortable, inviting space for you and your team. Wrap yourself in a luxurious bath robe and enjoy soft linens and plush bath towels warm from our towel warmer. Relax with the soothing aroma of essential oils from the room's diffuser, or sink into the deep birthing tub as you move through labor. Gentle candle-light and soft music from our Alexa Echo (Amazon music included) or wireless Bluetooth speakers, creates a calming atmosphere allowing you to settle into your own rhythm.
Designed to support movement, comfort and freedom of position during labor, this suite includes a large birthing tub with a hand-held shower that is perfect for your waterbirth, a birth sling, a supportive ladder, a birth stool, a peanut ball, a crock pot for warm perineal compresses, a personal fan, birthing balls in 3 sizes (55cm,65cm and 75cm), and a spacious recliner where your partner can relax and recharge.
This room features its own entrance where you can step outside onto a furnished patio for a breath of fresh air or a quiet moment and a private bathroom with a handheld bidet for after birth clean up.
Kitchen and Waiting Areas
Our space offers a comfortable, welcoming environment where families and guests can relax, recharge and feel at home. Our family waiting area features a comfortable loveseat, upholstered chairs and enough seating for a small group.
A play area, complete with a play kitchen, provides space for little ones to enjoy while adults relax nearby.
Guests have access to our fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals, enjoy a snack or take a break. Our kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, range and oven, cooking utensils, dinnerwear and many of the everyday essentials needed for food preparation.

Our coffee area offers a Kurig coffee maker to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea with coffee pods, hot cocoa, tea, creamer and other essentials at hand.
For added convenience, guest have access to two public restrooms.

We believe that it's the little things that make a space feel welcoming. In addition to our kitchen and common-area conveniences, we provide a selection of everyday essentials and comfort items to make your stay easier and more enjoyable.
Everyday essentials:
Paper towels, toliet tissue, tissues, trash bags, zip lock bags,
take-home bag for your laundry and cleaning supplies for your birth team.
Comfort and Relaxation kit:
Massage oil, perineal oil, labor combs, warm socks, hair ties,
cold pack, lip balm, french soaps, hot gel pack, soft cloths for warm and cold
compresses, and other thoughtfully selected items that support
relaxation and well-being.
